Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Asuka Labs, LLC (“Asuka Labs”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through asuka-labs.com (the “Site”). Our individual products may have their own privacy policies; where they do, those policies govern the use of that product.

1. Who we are

Asuka Labs, LLC is a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States. We are an independent software studio that designs, builds, and operates AI-powered SaaS products. You can reach us at hello@asuka-labs.com.

2. Information we collect

We keep collection minimal. Through the Site we collect:

• Contact form submissions. If you write to us through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. That's all the form sends.
• Email correspondence. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
• Aggregate analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first measurement tool. It gives us aggregate statistics (page views, referrers, approximate country) and does not use cookies, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking tools.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data — such as IP addresses — transiently to serve the Site securely and mitigate abuse.

The Site does not set cookies and does not show a cookie banner because none is needed.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your messages — that's the main one.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, analytics, security) and our email delivery provider (to route contact form messages to our inbox). Each provider processes data under its own terms and appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle the conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. Aggregate analytics contain no personal information and may be retained indefinitely.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@asuka-labs.com — we'll handle requests directly and promptly.

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed there. Where data is transferred from other jurisdictions, we rely on our providers' standard safeguards for international transfers.

8. Security

The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS. We follow the principle of collecting as little as possible — the best way to protect data is not to have it.

9. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the effective date above when we do, and material changes will be noted on this page.
